All air conditioning units from us would be provided with a warranty period of no less than one (1) year since the unit installation date. The specific warranty period is different according to specific contracts based on different closing prices. All products serial numbers and other information are saved into our computer management system.
During the warranty period, if distributors/users claim that parts are damaged due to product quality defects, the damaged parts must be returned to our authorized Spare Parts Center, our engineers will check and analyze the damaging reasons, if the parts damage is due to quality defect, we’ll send the original parts to the distributor/user for replacement free of charge. If the parts damage is due to un-proper operation and/or traffic accidents, the distributor/user needs to pay for the parts.
Malicious behavior to cheat for original parts will be put into the company’s blacklist.

Statement
(1). Registration of your VehiClima auto A/C unit warranty is the responsibility of the purchaser. The following information must be completed correctly in full and sent to VehiClima Industry within fifteen (15) days following the date of installation for your warranty to be valid. NOTE: FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID THE WARRANTY!
(2). Unit nameplate and components label should not be pealed, warranty of the unit and/or the components would be invalid once its nameplate and/or labels are peeled off even the warranty period doesn’t expire.

In every country we ever export directly, we’ll authorize 1 or 2 distributors to act as our authorized regional after-sales parts center, which will be in charge of the replacement parts delivery during the warranty period and aftermarket parts sales for our air conditioning units once the warranty period expired.

We’ll help our distributors to train their technicians with professional auto A/C knowledge and skills in A/C installations and maintenance. All distributors can send their technicians to China to stay in our factory to learn the whole procedure how to produce an auto A/C system, and we’ll arrange them to station in the auto factories along with our work-team, thus we’ll train them at the unit installation site in auto makers in China.
